Contemporary America, in particular, is a rich breeding ground for the Arthurian mythos, not only in films, novels, short stories, and fantasy and science fiction, but in other areas of popular and mass culture.

This book collects together the academic and popular articles which have appeared on my ‘Arthurian Resources’ website – – since * It has been created in response to requests from readers for a print version of the site, in order to ease both the reading and referencing of the. “Approaches” contains twenty-five essays on teaching Arthuriana.
